i) Go to the settings 

ii) Go to Accounts > Family & Other Users

iii) Then click on Add someone else to This PC

iv) Now Create an account

v) Log-in To that account (Newly created)

Solution.4- Update Your Windows 10

Many Windows 10 Problems occurs due to non-Updated versions , so you will have to update your Windows 10. You can download all the latest updates for your version of windows from settings > Update and Security. 

This critical error may be solved by updating the windows 10 version you are using.

Solution.5- Disable Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer is sometimes a reason for the critical error of windows 10 if you have upgraded your windows pc from Windows XP/7/8/8.1 or windows vista. so disabling the internet explorer may help you to solve this issue.

i)Press Windows Key + R and type appwiz.cpl. Press Enter or click OK.

ii)Programs and Features window will now open. Click on Turn Windows features on or off

iii) Now see for Internet Explorer and Uncheck the box

iv) Now Restart your Computer.
